"1969: When Woodstock Changed the World" a two day conference, will take place on Thursday, June 13 and Friday, June 14, 2019 at Marist College.  The conference will focus on the social movements of the 1960s and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Art Festival. At this time, formal registration is only available for the entire conference.  We anticipate making the keynote events on Thursday and Friday evening available to general public free of charge, space permitting, closer to the conference itself.  Please stay tuned for additional information about seating and availability for those events at a later date.

This event is being presented in collaboration with The Museum at Bethel Woods (site of the original Woodstock Festival in 1969), and the New York State Museum, Office of State History.

PARKING:
All events are in the Murray Student Center (Building #31 on the map at: https://www.marist.edu/about/map). There is major construction at the south end of campus, so it is best to come in the north end and park in one of the lots at Buildings #9, 7, or 10. We will have signs and someone cruising in a golf cart to direct and collect.
