Can you share a memory from your time at HRVI that stands out as meaningful?

My best memories of interning at HRVI were working on the teacher seminars over the summer. It was great to meet current teachers and learn from their experience. It was also great to work with Chris Pryslopski, Henrietta Mountz, and of course Colonel Johnson.

How has your experience at HRVI helped you advance your education and professional pursuits since graduating from Marist?

I was able to meet one of my cooperating teachers through the summer programs. I learned a lot from her. I also gained teaching experience while presenting to the teachers in attendance.

As HRVI celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2022, do you have any advice for future HRVI interns based on your time at HRVI and your experience in your professional field?

Take every opportunity to learn and talk to EVERYONE!
